Servis

SwapIt service support is optimal for small and medium-sized document scanners that process documents with high priority and are of key importance for other internal processes. This type of scanner often processes invoices, delivery notes and internal documents between different departments.

How it works:

  • Pack your scanner and write to our HelpDesk
  • Delivery of replacement equipment by courier included in the price of the service.
  • Replacement of equipment at the installation site within 2 working days in the Czech Republic (3 days in the SR).
  • Duration of service for 36 or 60 months
  • Telephone support in Czech at +420 251 025 400

OnSite service support is designed for all document scanners that process large volumes of documents. Our main goal is to ensure the continuous functionality and reliability of these devices, to minimize the possibility of downtime during digitization. For individual content requirements of OnSite service support, we will provide a consultation and together find the optimal solution.

How it works:

  • Technical consultation of the request by the technician within 4 hours of assignment.
  • Service or new scanner within the next 8 hours at the installation site.
  • The service includes all spare parts for the scanner and replacement of consumables.
  • At least 1 year (preferably several times) we will come for a complete cleaning and calibration of the scanner.
