The SWAPit service support option is suitable for small document scanners up to Desktop and Workgroup size that process high priority documents with important connections to other internal processes. Typically, this might be applications, delivery notes or internal documents between departments.

How it works:
- Document scanner service support
- Extending the standard warranty period of the device for an additional 36 months

  • Telephone and helpdesk support 8/5 in Czech language.
  • Delivery of replacement machine by courier is included in the price of the service.
  • Replacement of equipment at the place of installation within 2 working days in the Czech Republic (3 days in Slovakia).

OnSite support is designed for larger document scanners that handle large volumes of documents. The priority is to ensure the functionality and reliability of the device to avoid downtime during digitization. For individual requirements on the content of OnSite service support, we will conduct a consultation and together we will find the ideal option.

How it works:
- 1x annual inspection and cleaning of the equipment (prophylaxis)
- travel costs, technician labor, spare parts and 1x set of consumables per year included

  • Telephone and helpdesk support 8/5 in Czech language.
  • In the event of a breakdown, repair or delivery of replacement equipment is guaranteed within the next working day.
  • The equipment is serviced directly at the customer's location.
