OnSite support is designed for larger document scanners that handle large volumes of documents. The priority is to ensure the functionality and reliability of the device to avoid downtime during digitization. For individual requirements on the content of OnSite service support, we will conduct a consultation and together we will find the ideal option.
How it works:
- 1x annual inspection and cleaning of the equipment (prophylaxis)
- travel costs, technician labor, spare parts and 1x set of consumables per year included
Telephone and helpdesk support 8/5 in Czech language.
In the event of a breakdown, repair or delivery of replacement equipment is guaranteed within the next working day.
The equipment is serviced directly at the customer's location.
